Service tech was punctual and polite. Communication was easy to understand and helpful. Appreciate that after initial diagnosis and quote for repairs was accepted by me, the tech identified incremental issues that would add to the work and cost. His transparency allowed me to make a better decision for our needs, which was to replace the old dryer.

Highly recommend. I called on Saturday due to a dishwasher leak. A technician was out on Tuesday, diagnosed the issue quickly, came back on Thursday with the part and I have had no issues since. Price was reasonable and service was outstanding.

I emailed Robert about service on my garbage disposal and dishwasher. He texted me within a couple hours to schedule an appointment for the following day. Scheduling was extremely easy and I only needed to provide a few details.

Josh ended up coming earlier than the scheduled time and was extremely professional and quick. He was able to clearly explain the issues and propose a solution. My issues were resolved in less than 30 minutes.

Overall, the diagnostic cost ($95) is well worth the convenience and I appreciate that it is applied towards the cost of any repairs. Would definitely recommend using this service for future appliance issues.

Robert was very kind and knowledgeable on what to do in order to fix the issue with my fridge's water flow. Although the actual job that had to be done was through a plumber, he showed me exactly what they needed to do to fix the issue. Would definitely recommend his services and will keep him in mind for any future appliance issues!

Robert and his team were fantastic and would absolutely recommend them. My dryer machine was not working properly and after calling another company, I reached out to Robert to get a second opinion. He was able to successfully diagnose the problem after providing several suggestions. Additionally, I thought his price estimate was very reasonable so I felt comfortable with his team completing the fix. They fixed the dryer quickly and confidently. It was very reassuring knowing they could find the problem, fix it the same day, and not have to pay too much.

My relatively new dishwasher just stopped working one morning, I had no idea what was wrong with it. They were able to come by the very next day and identified/fixed what was wrong within an hour or so. He removed a good sized piece of glass from the sump pump later and it was back to normal. He tested it 4-5 times and made it sure everything was good. He was upfront about the price and stuck to it. I am very happy with the service. I will definitely call again if I have the need.

The Appliance Repair team is just amazing. From the time I request a service to the technician coming out, they are prompt and well organized. Robert is always quick to respond and schedule the service promptly. This time Adrian came and took care of the issue, arrived on time, explained the issue and what to expect, and got the issue fixed promptly with the dryer. I would recommend this company.

Rob was very responsive and got back to me on my quote request for a Frigidaire broiler fix right away. I'd asked other people for quotes and Rob was the only one who asked questions rather than just saying "we'll send a guy over and it'll be $xx for a diagnostic." He looked up my oven model and was so great in helping me figure out what the problem really was (user error, actually). Incredible knowledge and integrity! I found my go-to for all appliance repairs.

Hands down, Robert is the best appliance repair person that I have ever encountered. From my first phone call to him through his service visit (and multiple text updates in between), Robert was so professional and displayed extensive knowledge and experience about how to fix my oven. I knew that I had found the right person for the job when he found the replacement parts needed that other repair service companies told me were no longer available.
